Elinor is Musical Director of Bristol University Singers, the university’s foremost chamber choir. The choir perform a wide range of choral music to a professional standard throughout the academic year at venues around Bristol including St George’s, Bristol Tyntesfield National Trust and the Victoria Rooms. The University Singers also take on professional recording work, and recently appeared in an award winning Christmas advert with Foster & Foster Music.

In June 2021, Bristol University Singers performed a socially distanced live-streamed concert in line with restrictions at the time. The programme included Five Spirituals from Tippett’s pacifist oratorio ‘A Child of Our time’ along with works by Parry, Finzi, Holst and Pearsall, speaking to feelings of loss, hope and faith.
